What is Companies House?

Companies House is the establishment responsible for the incorporation and dissolution of limited companies in the UK. It is, therefore, safe to say that a company can’t exist without the say-so of Companies House. It is mandatory that companies register with Companies House and as such any change henceforth will be on their records.

What sort of companies can be formed?

How do I know when my company is ready? Do I have to live in the UK to register a limited company?

No, you don’t. All that is mandatory is that you have a director and a shareholder (can be the same person), and also that you have a registered office address (part of the non-residents package) in the UK.

Do I have to use this package to form my company?

No, you don’t. You are free to use any of our plans in setting up your limited company in the UK, but the non-residents plan is tailor-made to cater to non-UK residents and also provides exceptional value for money.

Can I use my home address instead of those provided?

Yes, you can use your home address either as your business address, registered office address, or as your service address, so long as the address is in the UK. Should you decide to opt out of any of the services included in the non-residents package, you still have to pay the full amount.

Will my company mail be forwarded internationally?

Off course, all mail will be forwarded to you, wherever you are in the world. All mail received at your registered office and service address will be scanned and sent to you via email for free. Other business mail will be sent to you at a cost via the Royal Mail plus a 20% fee for handling.

Do I have to file my company changes with Companies House?

With our online company manager facility, you can make changes to your company via an online portal we provide. Just make any changes you desire and we will help you effect it, so all your records are up to date at Companies House.

You get a free draft LLP agreement, soft and hard copies of your LLP documents, and access to our online company manager, helping you monitor and manage your LLP details.


Immediately your LLP registration is approved by Companies House, we will send you your certificate of incorporation, your LLP documents, and draft LLP agreement to your email.
